Abstract
Application of pulsed laser ablation method for deposition of CuInSe2 films was studied. The special time-temperature regime was developed. The homogeneous amorphous and polycrystalline CuInSe2 films were prepared and investigated with XRD, SEM-EDS and optical spectroscopy.
